סְלִיחָהf. (b. h.; סָלַח) 1) sprinkling. Ker.24b (ref. to Lev. 5:18) והא לא … ידיעה בשעת ס׳ and he (who got knowledge of his innocence after the blood was sprinkled) had no knowledge of it at the time of the sprinkling. 2) forgiveness.
